BACKGROUND:

These bridges proposed for transfer to the State of Nevada, Department of Transportation (NDOT), are located east and west of Interstate 15 along the Hacienda Avenue and Harmon Avenue alignments.  NDOT currently maintains the portion of the bridge structures within the Interstate 15 right-of-way, and the transfer will provide for the entire bridge structures to be owned and maintained by NDOT.
