The initial Contract amount was $1,476,300, Amendment No. 1 will increase the Contract amount by $1,060,000 for a new total Contract amount of $2,801,300.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On October 6, 2020, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the award of CBE No.605697-20 for Enterprise Digital Signatures to Adobe Inc. (LBE) in the amount of $1,476,300 for digital signatures and professional services.

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:

                     The term of the Contract was from September 21, 2020 through September 20, 2021and included the                      option to renew for 4, one-year periods.  There is are 2 options remaining.
                     Included the option to increase the award amount up to 25% based on possible increased user                      requirements for the renewal terms and approved budget appropriations.
                     Included the option to increase the award amount up to 1.8% for possible price increases for renewal                      terms.
                     Included the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract                      with advanced written notice.

Approval of Amendment No. 1 will provide for additional subscription licenses. The attached Amendment No. 1 document details the modifications and costs involved.

The Business License Department has determined that a Clark County Business License is not required for this effort.
