BACKGROUND: 

On June 18, 2024, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional project administration and construction management services contract with CA Group, Inc. for construction management services for the Jones Boulevard between Clark County 215 Beltway and Tropicana Avenue project (Bid No. 606272-22, Project No. PW.R033TFT).

Supplemental No. 2 to the contract extends the contract termination date from March 30, 2026 to September 30, 2026 to allow CA Group, Inc. to continue to provide construction management services through the closing out of the project.

CA Group, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
