BACKGROUND: 

Authorize the District Attorney's Office to enter into an agreement to toll the statute of limitations to March 1, 2027 in Case Numbers A-24-902453 and A-24-901019-B to be effective upon dismissal of the cases without prejudice.

The District Attorney's Office recommends approval and authorization for it or its designee to sign the tolling agreements on behalf of Clark County.
