BACKGROUND: 

Clark County acquired from the Bureau of Land Management right-of-way grants, Serial Numbers N-61323 and N-60079, recorded in the Clark County Recorder's Office as Documents 980428:01285 and 961216:01251, for the purpose of roadway/highway, drainage, sewer lines, and flood control facilities.

The relinquishment of the County's interest within portions of Assessor's Parcel No. 125-19-301-012 will reduce the limits of the right-of-way grants footprint to what is currently designed and constructed for the Western Clark County 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway.
