BACKGROUND: 

Commissioner Gibson has requested an agenda item to recognize and present a proclamation to Danny Sanders. The owner and president of Western States Drilling and Blasting, Inc. and Sanders Construction, Inc. He has spent more than 30 years in local industry while also working to improve Clark County’s air quality by serving on several boards and agencies that provide oversight and regulation to reduce air pollution while allowing local construction and blasting industries to operate and thrive.
