BACKGROUND: 

TS Durango LLC (Donor) is the owner of Assessor's Parcel Number 176-09-201-001 which is adjacent to the Clark County (County) owned James Regional Sports Park. Donor is developing residential homes and wishes to donate the materials and labor to construct sidewalks connecting the residential subdivision to the existing 5k trail at James Regional Sports Park.  Upon completion of construction, the County shall own and maintain the improvements. Donor shall coordinate with the County for installation of the improvements.

The estimated value of this Donation is $4,000.
