Initial contract amount was $464,771.  Supplemental No. 1 increase of $75,000 revises the total contract value to $539,771.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On March 17, 2021, Clark County and Horrocks Engineers, Inc. entered into a professional engineering services contract for roadway improvements, including, but not limited to, hot mix asphaltic concrete pavement rehabilitation and/or replacement of existing pavement, ADA upgrades, traffic signal modifications, upgrade lighting to LED, traffic control devices, pavement markings, median modifications; and miscellaneous improvements.

The attached Supplemental No. 1 to the professional services contract with Horrocks Engineers, Inc. increases total funds for additional engineering services for preparing legal descriptions and post design services through completion of the project and extends the time of performance to July 31, 2023, unless further time extensions are granted.

Horrocks Engineers, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
