BACKGROUND: 

Clark County wishes to enter into an MOU with NICB to work together to exchange information and data that will allow both parties to more easily detect and prevent insurance-related crime and fraud.  This involves no new positions, and no additional expenditures as existing Fire Investigators will be able to access and use the ISO ClaimSearch database.

This agreement will commence from the date of signatures by all parties and will expire 30 days after written notice by either party.

Clark County Legal Counsel has reviewed and approved the attached agreement.
