BACKGROUND:

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved and budgeted funding for the FAST CCTV Camera Replacements project to complete FAST closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera replacements within the jurisdictions of Clark County, City of Las Vegas, City of North Las Vegas, City of Henderson, City of Boulder City, and City of Mesquite (collectively "Entities"). The Board of County Commissioners approved the interlocal contract on May 16, 2023.

Supplemental No. 1 to Interlocal Contract No. 3098 decreases total funds for construction of the project due to scope changes. The time of performance remains effective until June 30, 2028, unless time extensions are granted.

RTC approved the first supplemental interlocal contract at its meeting on November 9, 2023.

Each of the Entities is scheduled to approve the first supplemental interlocal contract at their respective Board/Council meetings.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental interlocal contract as to form.
