BACKGROUND:
The Finance Department aggregates and reviews departmental requests for consideration by the Board at various times during the fiscal year. It has been determined that an allocation of $2,081,416 is needed for the Martin Luther King Building Tenant Improvements project (RP.D0920035). Funds are currently available from the Lori Mas Corporate Center Purchase and Tenant Improvements project (RP.G0918118) and the Cheyenne FEMA and Elections Warehouse Purchase and Tenant Improvements project (RP.D0921110).
