BACKGROUND: 

On April 1, 2025, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the Master Services Agreement for SOQ 607190-24 for Professional Services for Real Property Management. Carpenter Sellers Del Gatto Architects, PC dba Carpenter Sellers Del Gatto Architects (NBE) was approved for Category 4: Construction Manager at Risk Projects.

This Task Order is for the design of the Mt. Charleston Fire Station.

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Task Order:
•                     The term of the Task Order is from date of award through May 1, 2027.
•                     Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with                      advanced written notice.

Carpenter Sellers Del Gatto Architects, PC dba Carpenter Sellers Del Gatto Architects currently holds a Clark County Business License.
