BACKGROUND:

Object Dash, LLC (Licensee) desires a connection to the County's storm drain and flood control system for the purpose of discharging groundwater from their property at 4744 Paradise Road (Assessor's Parcel Number 162-22-402-001) to a permitted location in the County's storm drain.

The revocable license and maintenance agreement details the conditions and stipulated terms, including the fee to be paid to the County by Object Dash, LLC, and grants Licensee the use of the aforementioned County's right-of-way.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the agreement as to form.
