BACKGROUND:

On October 07, 2025, the Board of County Commissioners appointed Lubawy & Associates, Inc. d/b/a Sierra Valuation (Matthew Lubawy, MAI) to appraise and fix the value of a portion of Assessor's Parcel Number 162-09-703-014 (2985 LVBS, LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company) for consideration of rights-of-way needed for construction of the Las Vegas Boulevard between Sunset Road and Sahara Avenue project. Based upon review of the appraisal report, it was determined that the appraised value is reasonable and within the project's budget.

Authorization to initiate negotiations to acquire the aforementioned parcel is now being sought from the Board.
