BACKGROUND:
On December 16, 2025, the Board of County Commissioners approved a pre-qualification list to be used to select professional service providers for the period of January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027. Horizon Surveys, LLC was selected from the pre-qualification list category, [Service] Surveying: Construction Staking - Major, to provide construction land surveying services on the Clark County 215 West Bruce Woodbury Beltway between Charleston Boulevard and Far Hills Avenue project (Bid No. 607768-25).
County staff negotiated the professional services contract with Horizon Surveys, LLC. The contract describes the services to be provided and stipulated terms. The term of the contract remains effective to October 27, 2028, unless time extensions are granted.
Horizon Surveys, LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the contract as to form.
