Initial contract amount was $1,824,000. Supplemental No. 1 increase of $90,200 revises the total contract value to $1,914,200.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On May 2, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional project administration and construction management services contract with CMWorks, Inc. for construction management services for the Carey Avenue between Nellis Boulevard and Toiyabe Street project (Bid No. 606165-22).

Supplemental No. 1 to the contract is to provide additional funds for professional project administration and construction management services due to utility conflicts, extended project duration and revisions. The time of performance remains effective until December 31, 2025, unless time extensions are granted.

CMWorks, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
