BACKGROUND: 

NRS 380.020 governs the appointment of Law Library trustees.  Two terms on the Law Library Board of Trustees expire December 31, 2023; these are the terms of current trustee Karen Byrd and Teri Bierer. Ms. Byrd has indicated a willingness to serve another two-year term.
