BACKGROUND:
Construct NV, LLC was selected in December 2025 from the approved pre-qualification list for the period from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2025. Construct NV, LLC was selected from the pre-qualification list, [Service] Construction Management - Administration - Major, to provide construction management services for the Clark County 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway Sunset Road and Durango Drive On-Ramps (Bid No. 607518-25) and Clark County Bruce Woodbury Beltway Frontage Road from Sunset Road to Decatur Boulevard (Bid No. 607625-25) projects.
Due to Clark County Department of Public Works’ present and anticipated project workload, the services of an outside consultant for project management are needed. County staff negotiated the attached professional services contract with Construct NV, LLC. The contract describes the services to be provided and stipulated terms.
Construct NV, LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the contract as to form.
