BACKGROUND:

Right-of-way engineering for construction of the Sunset Park Storm Drain between Duck Creek Wash and Eastern Avenue - Phase 1 project has identified that a partial acquisition of Assessor's Parcel Number 178-06-202-015 (Joseph Bolognese and Dorothy Wayne Bolognese, Trustees of the 1984 Bolognese Family Trust, dated July 18, 1984), may be necessary.

The appraisal report identified herein will provide information necessary for budgeting and further development of the construction plans as may be required.  Right-of-way shown on the current plans may be modified based upon acquisition costs, construction costs and revisions to the plans. Once the costs are determined and rights-of-way are finalized, authorization to acquire will be requested from the Board of County Commissioners.

Authorization to appraise a portion of the aforementioned parcel is now being sought from the Board of County Commissioners.
