BACKGROUND:
On October 26, 2023, State of Minnesota awarded Sourcewell Contract No. 041823-ZLL Critical Care and EMS Equipment to Zoll Medical Corporation (LBE). This approval provides for the purchase of medical devices, software, and services.
The following are the pertinent provisions of this approval:
• The term of the Contract being utilized is from October 26, 2023 through June 30, 2027 and includes the option to renew for 3, one-year periods.
• Clark County is not under exclusive contract with Zoll Medical Corporation and therefore, can cease purchasing product / services at any time.
This approval is in accordance with NRS 332.195.1, a governing body or its authorized representative may enter into a contract pursuant to a solicitation by (b) the State of Nevada or another state with the authorization of the contracting vendor.
Zoll Medical Corporation currently holds a Clark County Business License.
