BACKGROUND: 

Pursuant to Clark County Code Chapter 2.44.010, on October 18, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners appointed Kevin Schiller to the position of County Manager effective November 11, 2022.  Mr. Schiller's current employment agreement is effective from November 11, 2022 through November 11, 2025, and continues on a month-to-month basis thereafter.  The attached employment agreement supersedes the prior agreement and shall be effective from March 4, 2025 through March 4, 2028, and continue on a month-to-month basis thereafter.  The agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of employment and compensation for the County Manager.
