BACKGROUND: 

The property owner, Elias-Rojas Yanisley, has voluntarily conveyed a permanent easement to Clark County for pedestrian access purposes upon Assessor's Parcel Number 163-16-712-004, generally located at the northwest corner of Buffalo Drive and Viking Road. The voluntary dedication will provide a permanent easement for reconstruction of sidewalk ramp improvements and a pedestrian crossing push button pole at Buffalo Drive and Viking Road (Project No. L-2527). The permanent easement encompasses a combined area of 137 square feet, more or less, upon the subject parcel.
