BACKGROUND:
On December 4, 2018, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract for traffic management augmentation services with Louis Berger US, Inc.
Effective January 1, 2020, the merger of Louis Berger US, Inc./The Louis Berger Group, Inc. (collectively "Louis Berger") and WSP USA, Inc./WSP USA Solutions, Inc. was completed, and Louis Berger personnel became WSP employees.
Supplemental No. 4 to the professional engineering services contract with WSP USA Solutions, Inc. will extend the time of performance to December 31, 2026, unless further time extensions are granted.
WSP USA Solutions, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fourth supplemental contract as to form.
