The total Contract is estimated in the amount of $10,915,200 should all renewal options be exercised.

 

BACKGROUND: 

This Contract is for comprehensive mental health services with Lisa A. Durette MD PLLC dba Healthy Minds (NBE).

A Fiscal Directive No. 6, Competitive Bidding Exception, was approved to ensure the continuation of mental health treatment services for the children in the care of the Department of Family Services. Healthy Minds is currently providing mental health assessments, outpatient services and care coordination for approximately 275 children and families involved with the Department of Family Services.   

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
•                     The term of the Contract is from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 and includes the option to renew for                      1, one-year period.  
•                     Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with                      advanced written notice.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.115.1(b), the competitive bidding process is not required as the services to be performed are professional in nature.

Lisa A. Durette MD PLLC dba Healthy Minds currently holds a Clark County Business License.
