BACKGROUND:
On January 8, 2025, the Clark County (County) Department of Family Services (DFS) entered into a Medical Services Agreement (MSA) (RFP NO. 606590-23) with FirstMed to provide nursing, medical and dental services (Services) to DFS clients at 701 North Pecos Road, known as the Child Haven Campus. DFS has identified Building M and a portion of Building L as the facilities for FirstMed to lease as a tenant to provide the MSA required Services.
The lease agreement will be tied to the MSA matching the expiration date of June 30, 2027, with four (4) - one (1) year options to renew. If the MSA is terminated for any reason, then it shall automatically terminate the lease agreement. There is no rent, and FirstMed is responsible for the interior maintenance of the space.
