Initial contract amount was $250,000 and Supplemental Nos. 1 through 17 combined amounts increased the contract by $4,799,700. Supplemental No. 18 increase of $1,200,000 revises the total contract value to $6,249,700.

 

BACKGROUND: 

The Clark County Regional Flood Control District (RFCD) approved funding for the Orchard Detention Basin project on its 1997, 2002, 2008, 2013, 2018, and 2023 Master Plan Updates.

Supplemental No. 18 to the interlocal contract increases funds for right-of-way acquisition, reallocates funding to cover costs for consultant design services, and extends the project completion date until December 31, 2027 to allow sufficient time to complete the acquisition of the right-of-way.

RFCD approved the eighteenth supplemental contract at its meeting on August 14, 2025.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the eighteenth supplemental contract as to form.
