BACKGROUND:

This Amendment No. 2 will allow for design changes and additional construction administration associated with the Central Maintenance and Distribution Facility project at Harry Reid International Airport. Clark County enacted a new ordinance while the project was in the plan check process, which subsequently required a redesign of the vehicle maintenance facility. Revisions to the site plan were required to relocate existing NV Energy electrical infrastructure. The construction time frame and contract close-out period will also occur a few years later than the original contract contemplated, which will result in higher and additional costs.

This Amendment has been reviewed and approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office.  The company holds a Clark County business license.
