BACKGROUND: 

On September 12, 2019, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 1121 for the Hollywood Boulevard between Lake Mead Boulevard and Cheyenne Avenue project (Public Works No. PW.R099DFT) on its annual Capital Improvement Plan from Fuel Revenue Indexing Extension Funds. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on October 2, 2019.

Supplemental No. 2 to Interlocal Contract No. 1121 extends the contract term until December 31, 2031, unless further time extensions are granted. The current total contract value for the subject project is $1,000,000.

RTC has prepared Supplemental No. 2 to Interlocal Contract No. 1121 for the Board's consideration. RTC approved the second supplemental contract at its meeting on July 9, 2026.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
