BACKGROUND:
The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) has approved the Patrick Lane between Durango Drive and Rainbow Boulevard project on its annual Capital Improvement Program from its Highway Improvement Acquisition Fund - Fuel Revenue Indexing for Fiscal Year 2025.
Interlocal Contract No. 3215 provides funds for construction of the subject project. The project consists of striping two lanes in each direction on Patrick Lane with a two-way left turn lane and street widening at undeveloped parcels between Durango Drive and Rainbow Boulevard. The work to be performed includes roadway excavation and construction, signing and striping, curb and gutter, pavement, and other appurtenances required to make a good, complete, and serviceable project. The design for the project was funded by Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada Project 173F. The design is at least 90 percent complete, all necessary right-of-way to construct the project has been obtained, and Clark County is ready to advertise the project for construction. The time of performance is effective until June 30, 2030, unless time extensions are granted.
RTC has prepared Interlocal Contract No. 3215 for the Board's consideration. RTC approved the interlocal contract at its meeting on May 22, 2025.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the interlocal contract as to form.
