Initial contract amount was $13,796,500, and Supplemental No. 1 increase of $11,273,373 revised the total contract value to $25,069,873. Supplemental No. 2 increase of $2,003,000 revised the total contract value to $27,072,873. Supplemental No. 3 increase of $200,000 revises the total contract value to $27,272,873.

 

BACKGROUND: 

The Clark County Regional Flood Control District (RFCD) has programmed funds for the design and construction of flood control improvements. On June 10, 2021, the County and RFCD entered into an interlocal contract for the Fairgrounds Detention Basin and Outfall project. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on July 6, 2021.

Supplemental No. 3 to the interlocal contract increases funding for construction management and entity construction management labor to cover the remaining consultant fees and labor costs.

RFCD approved the third supplemental contract at its meeting on December 12, 2024.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the third supplemental contract as to form.
