BACKGROUND: 

This interlocal contract is in effect from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2023 to provide voluntary contributions to support Inpatient, Outpatient, and Graduate Medical Education (GME) hospital services. The voluntary payment of these funds will be used by the DHCFP as the non-federal share of general Medicaid expenditures.  This will preserve access to care for Medicaid eligible individuals in the State of Nevada under Fee For Service (FFS) Inpatient and Outpatient hospital services, and Graduate Medical Education (GME).
