BACKGROUND:
The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) has approved the Transportation Analytics Data project from its Administrative Fund for Fiscal Year 2026. Funds will be budgeted in the same fund in future years.This Interlocal Agreement outlines the roles and responsibilities between the parties with respect to Transportation Analytics Data, which involves procuring consultant services to develop an online platform to assess, monitor, and address traffic safety risks as well as enable other mobility analyses. The term of the project is from August 14, 2025 to August 13, 2028.RTC approved Interlocal Agreement No. 25-040IL at its meeting on August 14, 2025.The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the interlocal agreement as to form.
