BACKGROUND: 

The proposed ordinance corrects clerical errors in Table 108.2.6(2) and Table 108.2.6 (5) of Clark County Code Section 13.04.070, originally adopted December 02, 2025 by Ordinance No.5321.

The ordinance was introduced at the Board of County Commissioners' meeting on April 7, 2026, and a public hearing is set for April 21, 2026 at 10 a.m.

Staff recommends adoption of the ordinance.
