BACKGROUND:
On December 21, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners approved a pre-qualification list to be used to select professional service providers for the period of January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2023. Tri-Core Surveying, LLC was selected from the pre-qualification list, [Service] Surveying Construction Staking - Major, to provide construction land surveying services on the Jones Boulevard between Blue Diamond Road and Windmill Lane project (Bid No. 606467-22).
County staff negotiated the attached professional services contract with Tri-Core Surveying, LLC. The contract describes the services to be provided and the stipulated terms. The time of performance is effective until April 24, 2027, unless time extensions are granted.
Tri-Core Surveying, LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the contract as to form.
