BACKGROUND:
On August 3, 2023, the Department of Business License processed an application for an Importer/Wholesaler Liquor License for HC&SH LLC, d.b.a. Cheers Distribution, located at 4080 Schiff Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89103. The application was approved by the Director of Business License on June 3, 2024, for the June 2024 Director's Administrative Agenda.
Staff recommends that the Board authorize the Chair to sign the application for approval for an Importer/Wholesaler Liquor License for HC&SH LLC, d.b.a. Cheers Distribution.
