BACKGROUND: 

Pursuant to a Memorandum of Understanding with the Clark County School District (CCSD), Clark County (County) constructed park improvements on land owned by CCSD encumbering a portion of Assessor's Parcel Numbers 140-26-103-005 & 140-26-203-001, now known as Cesar Chavez Park

Due to recent allegations that conflict with County values, the County finds it necessary to rename the park. The park shall be renamed "Mariachi Park".
