BACKGROUND:
The ESGR Patriot award recognizes individual supervisors and bosses for support provided to a Service member and his or her family through a wide range of measures including flexible schedules, time off prior to and after deployment, caring for families, and granting leaves of absence if needed. Mr. Rex Miller, Nevada ESGR Chair, is present to bestow Ms. Barnes with the Patriot Award for her support of Clark County Social Services employee, Keishmer Cardoso, who actively serves in the National Guard.
