Agenda note: SUBJECT MATTER: In the matter of the recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners conduct a public hearing on an ordinance to consider adoption of a Development Agreement with PN II Inc, Gameday LLC, and Mountain West Associates LLC for the Highlands Ranch residential subdivisions on 268.3 acres generally located south of Pyle Avenue, north of Cactus Avenue, east of Jones Boulevard, and west of Decatur Boulevard within Enterprise. (For possible action):
