BACKGROUND:
On July 6, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with Horrocks Engineers, Inc. to provide professional engineering services for the Maule Avenue / Badura Avenue Connection between Tenaya Way and El Capitan Way project.
Supplemental No. 1 to the professional engineering services contract was approved on March 7, 2023 to increase total funds for additional design services for the roadway widening on Buffalo Avenue between Badura Avenue and Clark County 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway, and to extend the time of performance.
The attached Supplemental No. 2 to the professional engineering services contract with Horrocks Engineers, Inc. increases total funds for additional professional engineering services for preparing plan modifications associated with ongoing development and associated post-design support during construction, and extends the time of performance to December 31, 2025, unless further time extensions are granted.
Horrocks Engineers, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
