BACKGROUND:

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) has approved Interlocal Contract No. 3081 and budgeted funding for the Residential Streets Pavement Reconstruction No. 104 project in RTC's Highway Improvement Acquisition Fund - Fuel Revenue Indexing for Fiscal Year 2023.

The attached Interlocal Contact No. 3081 allocates funds to construct the Residential Streets Pavement Reconstruction No. 104 project. The improvements will include pavement rehabilitation, roadway widening, sidewalk, traffic striping, pavement markings, streetlight upgrades, and other appurtenances necessary to complete the project. The design for the project was funded by RTC, and all right-of-way has been obtained. The project is ready to be advertised for construction. The time of performance is effective to June 30, 2028, unless time extensions are granted.

RTC approved the interlocal contract at its meeting on December 15, 2022.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the interlocal contract as to form.
