BACKGROUND: 

On August 9, 2018, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 1025 for the Cactus Avenue between Fort Apache Road and Buffalo Drive project (No. PW.R147BFT) on its annual Capital Improvement Program initially from Fuel Revenue Indexing Extension Funds.  The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on September 4, 2018, for engineering for the project.

RTC and the Board subsequently approved two supplementals to increase funds for engineering and right-of-way costs.

The attached Supplemental No. 3 to Interlocal Contract 1025 extends the term of the contract for the project to June 30, 2028, unless further time extensions are granted. The current total contract value for the subject project is $2,070,500.

RTC approved the third supplemental contract at its meeting on June 8, 2023.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the third supplemental contract as to form.
