BACKGROUND: 

On July 19, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with GCW, Inc. for engineering services for design of the Clark County 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway between Charleston Boulevard and Craig Road Widening project (No. PW.BW22209).

Supplemental No. 4 to the professional engineering services contract with GCW, Inc. extends the time of performance to December 31, 2028, unless further time extensions are granted.

GCW, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fourth supplemental contract as to form.
