Sale of these parcels would be beneficial in that all the delinquencies would be collected and the parcels would be returned to current status on the tax roll.

 

BACKGROUND: 

Property held in trust by the County Treasurer by virtue of any deed may be sold and conveyed in the manner prescribed per NRS 361.595 and 361.603.  The attached Exhibit 1 is a list of properties deeded to the County Treasurer as Trustee that will be auctioned unless it is determined subsequent to the date of this Order that the property should not be sold or if the property has been reconveyed.
