BACKGROUND:
This Concession Lease Agreement (Agreement) would provide airport concierge services at McCarran International Airport for reservations and tickets including but not limited to shows, tours, night clubs, wedding packages, attractions, restaurants, lodging, transportation, and mobility services.
The pertinent provisions of this Agreement are as follows:
• The term of the Agreement will be 5 years.
• County will receive 12% of gross revenue. After the first twelve-months, County will receive 12% of
gross revenue or the Minimum Annual Guarantee, whichever is greater.
Advertising has been completed in accordance with NRS 496.090. Nevada Starrs LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License, and the Agreement has been approved as to form by the District Attorney’s Office.
