BACKGROUND: 

On February 8, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with CA Group, Inc. for engineering services for design of the Sunset Park between Duck Creek Wash and Eastern Avenue project (No. PW.FCLA14X).

Supplemental No. 2 to the professional engineering services contract with CA Group, Inc. extends the time of performance to December 31, 2026, unless further time extensions are granted. The current total contract value for the subject project is $1,925,161.

CA Group, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
