BACKGROUND: 

This contract will allow Opportunity Village (Company) to continue to provide day porter services for A, B, C, and D Gates at Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). Company currently provides cleaning services for LAS with a demonstrated ability to handle high-traffic terminal environments. In addition, Company is Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) certified, ensuring they meet industry safety and compliance standards. 

The initial term is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods.  The annual contract amount shall not exceed $1,294,008.00 annually.

In accordance with NRS 332.115(1)(r), this contract is not adapted to award by competitive solicitation as it is for goods or services purchased from organizations or agencies whose primary purpose is the training and employment of persons with disabilities.

Contract has been approved as to form by the District Attorney’s Office. Company holds a current Clark County business license.
