BACKGROUND: 

Clark County (County) is the owner of Assessor's Parcel Number 162-04-101-002, known as 2231 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV (Property).  On March 16, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners approved an agreement with City of Las Vegas (CLV) which contemplated the award of various dedications and easements as part of a pedestrian improvement project in the medical district, which includes a ±1,512 SF dedication. Due to revisions required by the Las Vegas Valley Water District, CLV is in need of an additional ±96 SF dedication abutting the original dedication.
