BACKGROUND: 

This interlocal contract is in effect from January 1, 2020 to June 30, 2023 to support the State's newly implemented Directed MCO Payment program.  Under this contract DHCFP will use these funds as the non-federal share of general Medicaid expenditures.  This will preserve access to care for Medicaid eligible individuals in the State of Nevada.
