The total Contract award is estimated in the amount not to exceed $19,046,950.51 aggregately should all renewal options be exercised, with increased user requirements included.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On June 5, 2025, Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 607397-24 was advertised on the Clark County Purchasing website and in the Las Vegas Review Journal. Proposals were requested for rideshare services for students in foster care.

Proposals were received from the following firms: Alternative Logistics Technologies Holding, Inc dba EverDriven Technologies, LLC (LBE), First Student, Inc. (LBE), HopSkipDrive (LBE), The Aundrea Beverly Community Advocacy Foundation dba GoVamo Pathways (LBE), and WHC LV, LLC dba zTrip (LBE).

An Ad-Hoc Committee comprised of 4 individuals from Clark County Family Services, and Clinical and Community Services reviewed and evaluated the proposals. After the evaluation, the Ad-Hoc Committee ranked the firms in the following order: HopSkipDrive, Alternative Logistics Technologies Holding, Inc dba EverDriven Technologies, LLC, WHC LV, LLC dba zTrip, First Student, Inc., The Aundrea Beverly Community Advocacy Foundation dba GoVamo Pathways.

Subsequent to the evaluation of the written proposals, 3 were selected for oral presentations. After the oral presentations, the Ad-Hoc Committee ranked these firms in the following order: Alternative Logistics Technologies Holding, Inc dba EverDriven Technologies, LLC, HopSkipDrive, WHC LV, LLC dba zTrip.

The Ad-Hoc Committee recommended the selection of Alternative Logistics Technologies Holding, Inc dba EverDriven Technologies, LLC.

This Contract is for rideshare services for students in foster care.

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
                     The term of the Contract is from date of award through June 30, 2027 and includes the option to renew                      for 6, one-year periods and includes a 3-month extension.
                     Includes the option to increase the award amount up to 25% based on possible increased user                      requirements for the renewal terms and approved budget appropriations.
                     Includes the option to increase the award amount up to 3% for possible price increases for renewal terms.
                     Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with                      advanced written notice.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.115.1(b), the competitive bidding process is not required as the services to be performed are professional in nature. Pursuant to internal policies and procedures, Clark County solicited these services through the RFP process.

Alternative Logistics Technologies Holding, Inc dba EverDriven Technologies, LLC currently holds a Clark County Vendor Registration.
