BACKGROUND:
The Clark County Department of Aviation (DOA) has an existing Concession Lease Agreement (Agreement) with Icon Tech Poker Face, LLC (Company) to operate a specialty retail concession at Harry Reid International Airport.
This First Amendment to the Agreement will extend the term of the Agreement by three years, to July 5, 2029, with an additional two-year option. The Hours of Operation, Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation, and General sections have been updated to the DOA's latest standard language.
This Amendment has been approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office. Company currently holds a Clark County Business License.
